Hybrid battery and EV problems, fixed by specialists

My hybrid battery went and I had to have my car towed to Lexus. They told me it was going to cost about £6000… I found Hybrid Battery on Google and gave them a ring. They fixed my car for less than a third of the price and were fabulous to deal with. I would recommend without hesitation.

My Lexus had a problem where it won't start. So I had a recovery take to my local garage and after three months couldn't resolve it and told me to take it to a specialist. So I did, it was there a month and they still didn't fix it. Than I phoned Hybrid Battery Uk, they picked it up on a recovery truck and began work straight away. They sent me videos of the work they where doing and had it done in two days. I can't thank them enough they kept in touch with me the whole time, unlike the others. Just wish I had gone there first. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service from Hybrid Battery UK! I drove all the way from Edinburgh to Rochdale, and it was 100% worth it. They replaced my hybrid battery for half the price I was quoted locally in Edinburgh, and it came with a 6-month warranty! The team had my car back on the road in under 2 hours.
